Our gastronomy is born from respect for the land and the Atlantic. We prioritise seasonal ingredients, local produce and an organic cuisine that values the authenticity of Madeira. Rooted in island tradition with a contemporary perspective, each space – from the restaurant to the bars – invites you to savour the island at a slower pace, with simplicity and elegance.

The Green Valley Restaurant, with a capacity of 100 seats, offers à la carte dinners that celebrate the specialities of Madeira. In a contemporary setting with attentive service, the experience is enhanced by open views over the valley, with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop.

Opening hours:

Breakfast: 7:30am to 10:00am
Dinner: 6:00pm to 9:30pm

The Green Valley Restaurant combines traditional Madeiran flavours with contemporary international proposals, in a certified organic kitchen.

Henry's Bar

In the historic building, on the first floor, Henry’s Bar invites you to enjoy a peaceful break with signature cocktails, a leisurely coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

Miamo Bar

By the pool, Miamo Bar invites you to enjoy relaxed moments with fresh juices and light bites, in a tranquil setting that extends the pleasure of days spent outdoors.
