Green Valley is a modern restaurant with capacity for 100 people, serving a variety of delicious à la carte dinners including a selection of gastronomic specialities from Madeira. It has a luxurious atmosphere with personalised service and a magnificent view over the valley, with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop.

- Breakfast 7.30 am to 10.00 am
- Dinner 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm
In addition to traditional recipes from Madeira, Green Valley also offers a variety of international dishes with a contemporary twist and organic cuisine with Organic Cuisine Certificate No. 0405/2015-RESTO – 30-60% ORGANIC – “BRONZE”.
Henry's Bar
